Existing commercial buildings - particularly offices, retail and light industrial Town centre locations across South and West London, and Surrey sites with excellent transport links into Central London
Residential-led schemes - with potential for 5-15 units
Gross Development Value (GDV) between £1.5 million and £7.5 million
