He leads on deal sourcing, negotiation, and finance raising, drawing on a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities to structure deals that optimise project outcomes. Known for his strong track record in relationship building, Will combines commercial insight with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

Will began his career as a Cost Consultant at Rund, where he later led and expanded the firm’s Pre-Acquisition Services. His experience spans advising on over £1bn of build-to-rent transactions, including forward fund, forward commit, joint venture, and turnkey acquisition structures
